Approximately 7-10 days after you submit this form you will receive a Preferred Customer account number and start up kit. Then you can call Amsoil Toll-Free at 1-800-777-7094 and place your wholesale orders weekdays between 7 am to 5 pm central time. Or if you wish to place your order online you can go to www.amsoil.com and login to the preferred customer Zone and order there.
